Welcome to Cheatham County Adult Education Located in Ashland City, Tennessee, Cheatham County Adult Education offers GED preparation classes, high school classes for adults wanting to finish high school with a traditional diploma, English as a Second Language (ESOL) classes, and community interest classes in computer usage and genealogy. The mission of the Cheatham County School System is to have a unified commitment to promote physical, emotional, and intellectual excellence. The mission of the Cheatham County Adult Education program is to provide adult education and literacy services to:  assist adults to become literate and obtain the knowledge and skills necessary for employment and self-sufficiency; assist adults who are parents to obtain the educational skills necessary to become full partners in the educational development of their children; and assist adults in the completion of a secondary school education.
